How I work on your text.
In quotations and logistics documents, prices, dates and procedures need to be clear. I pay attention to these details and use your company’s terminology. If a term or passage is ambiguous, I discuss it with you before completing the translation.

For your quote
Email the document and tell me the language direction and your preferred delivery date. If you have a glossary or previous translations, please include them.
Which languages do you translate?
I translate English and Dutch into German, and German into Dutch. I also offer German proofreading and editing.
How much does a translation cost?
Translation into German starts at €0.12 per source word; website localization starts at €0.14. The minimum project price is €35. These prices include 21% VAT. German to Dutch is quoted individually. I confirm the final price before starting.
When will the translation be ready?
The delivery date depends on the length and complexity of your text and my availability. Include your preferred date in your enquiry; we agree the deadline in the quote. A 25% surcharge may apply to rush work.
How can I send my texts?
Email your documents to hello@arlocalize.com. You can also share a website link or paste a short sample into the contact form. For special file formats, we agree how the text will be supplied and delivered before starting.
Are revisions included?
We agree the scope of proofreading, editing and revision rounds in the quote. If you have specific requirements or expect changes after delivery, please mention them in your enquiry.
What if my documents are confidential?
Contact me before sending sensitive documents. We can first discuss a confidentiality agreement and a suitable way to transfer the files. A short description is enough for the initial enquiry.
